In 2025, we at Dema Hope Real Estate focused on one clear goal: building trust through real work. Instead of making big promises, we concentrated on visible progress, real projects, and better service for our customers. Step by step, 2025 became a year of steady growth, strong delivery, and closer connection with people.
We started the year with a clear direction. Early in the year, we announced a new apartment development in Bole Downtown, near Bole Medhanialem and Edna Mall. This project continued our work with experienced construction partners, showing our commitment to reliable and professional delivery.
Soon after, plans turned into action. We opened sales for Shola Mountain View, a 2B+G+21 mixed-use development near Shola Marketplace. The project offers modern multi bedroom apartments and commercial shops from the ground to the fifth floors. We designed it to support both comfortable living and everyday business needs in Addis Ababa.
As the year continued, we took time to appreciate our people. During our Ethiopian New Year annual event, we formally recognized strong performance across teams and rewarded top contributors, including a team incentive trip. This reflected our belief that quality delivery comes from motivated, respected people. At the same time, construction continued steadily at our Bole Medhanialem mixed-use project near Adey Abeba Stadium, one of the most active business areas in Bole.
Around the same period, we joined the 5th Arki Real Estate Expo at Skylight Hotel. We were honored to receive a Certificate of Appreciation for Best Performance, giving public recognition to the work we delivered throughout the year.
As the year moved forward, our focus shifted strongly to trust and delivery. We announced title deed (Karta) processing for our existing clients: xone of the most important trust steps in Ethiopian real estate. During the same period, we launched Bole Central, a fully residential project, and opened a new on-site office in Bole Downtown to serve our clients better.
Toward the end of the year, we closed with unity and movement. Our management and staff joined the Great Ethiopian Run 2025, standing together with the wider Addis Ababa community.
Looking back, 2025 shows what we stand for at Dema Hope. Our growth was careful and planned. We supported trust with real systems and paperwork. We valued our employees, and we took community involvement seriously.
